We have a Magic Your Way Package plus Dining for our upcoming vacation in Feb. When do you get the package contents? Is it via mail or when you check in at the resort?

We have a Magic Your Way Package plus Dining for our upcoming vacation in Feb. When do you get the package contents? Is it via mail or when you check in at the resort?

You should get it in the mail since the trip is 3 months away.....likely 10-14 days before your departure date. The only time I ever rec'd the docs in my room was when i booked my trip less than a week before our departure date

I think you are asking when do you get your Key to the World (KTTW) cards that have your tickets and DDP on it and is also your room key.

You only get those when you check in.

I guess it makes sense at check in, as we are supposed to get Refillable Mugs, Arcade tokens, gift card for Planet Hollywood, etc.. Thanks for the help.

I think some of that coupon stuff you get in a packet mailed to you. Also all the arcades use cards now.

The package that comes in the mail will have your reservation details, coupons for the Planet Hollywood, miniature golf, arcade, etc. Your tickets and Dining Plan will be encoded onto your KTTW card, which is also your room key. This you will get when you check-in. Your Refillable mug you will pick-up at the food court of your resort. The mugs have tags on them, when you get the mug take it to the cashier, she will remove the tag and have her swipe your KTTW card.
