Magic your way + dining when staying at the swan or dolphin?

Anyone know if you'll be able to book a magic your way WITH the new $35 dining option if you stay at the Swan or Dolphin? I've read on another site that it's "Available only with packages that include accommodations at a Disney-owned-and-operated hotel"

I think the Swan and Dolphin are included in the dining. If i'm wrong i'm sure someone will be along to let you know for sure.
