Sorry if this has been asked before. My brother booked the dining plan with his package and when I checked the restaurants included on disneyworld.com, Coronado Springs' restaurants were not on there (which is where he is staying). Does anyone know if this is correct? Doesn't make sense because it looks like every other restauranat at WDW is. Thanks.

It is my understanding that the restaurants at CS and many in the Epcot World Showcase are not owned by Disney, and they decided not to participate in the dining plan. Perhaps this will change in the future, but the official list does not include them.

That being said, I did read a review from someone who went in January and they were able to use the dining plan at Coronado Springs during their stay.

I would suggest that you call the resort directly and ask. Or perhaps WDW Dining could confirm it.

Of course, you might also watch for reviews when people return to see if they say they were able to use it there or not.

I did write a detailed email to WDW guest services explaining my disappointment over some of the Epcot restaurants not being included, and also stated that if I were a guest at CS, it would be disappointing to not be able to use the dining plan there.

Hope this helps!

Hi,
When i went to AAA to book my vacatiion package, the agent there gave me a list of the Disney Dining Plan Particicpating Restaurants....Under Coronado Springs Resort it says none, so they must not be participating....

Actually - I just read Tour Guide Mike's description of the plan, and he said management at the Pepper Market at CS is accepting the plan even though they're not on the official list.

Definitely give the resort a call! :earsgirl:

Thank you. Hopefully my brother will be able to use it there, but it sounds like he won't. I tried to switch resorts for him, but it's Easter week and no other moderates are available. I feel bad because I talked him into adding the plan. This is his first trip and I want him to have a great time and not be inconvenienced too much by it. Hopefully he won't want to eat many meals at the resort.
