Magic Vacation Title Praise!

I realize many people have used and had good results with Magic Vacation Title when dealing with their DVC Resale purchase, but I wanted to give my own shout-out to them.


Brenda and Nancy at Magic Vacation Title are wonderful to work with. They are very thorough in their work. In a recent resale purchase gone bad, Brenda looked out for me and my interests. She was very upfront and honest about the situation and kept me updated along the way. Much more so than the folks at Fidelity. She also was very quick to respond to my emails.


You have a choice of which title company to use when purchasing DVC resale. Resale companies have a favorite title company they like to use, but I highly recommend you request Magic Vacation Title. Especially if you are dealing with a foreign seller. *** goes a step further in protecting the buyer through the 10% FIFTA tax process that I've not seen other title companies do. (Not saying they don't, I've just never read about it in my research.)

I am recently purchased my first dvc contract. Although I did a lot of research, I was still a little apprehensive when it came to write that large check to someone I had never met or talked to in person. Magic vacation title was patient and answered my questions promptly, which really helped me with my level comfort throughout the process.
