We stayed in 8550 on the Wonder and it was adequate at best to us! It was noisy, you could hear kids running above your head, chairs scraping, the sailaway party, ping pong balls hitting the floor, yelling and did I mention the noise??? Also we had 5 in the room but 3 of them were small kids 9,7 and 3. It got very cramped and I would assume since you have 4 adults in the room they will not pull down the bunk but rather pull down the murphy bed which means that the other adults if they wanted to use the balcony while the 4th was still asleep it would be almost impossible to do so. The bed blocks the balcony door A LOT and you would have to climb onto the bed in order to get outside. It was adequate for us for 4 days but no way could we have done it in 1 room for 7 and me keep anything close to my sanity in check. We had 2 connecting 4's 8504/8506 on the Magic in May (comp upgrade from 2 connecting cat 8's)and it was nice to have the 2 rooms..much easier to deal with and no noise! Of course we dealt with the pitch and roll of the ship instead. In our opinion we felt "ripped" off in 8550 on the Wonder because for the cost it was noisy and distracting! Everyone has their own opinion on this area but MY opinion is it stinks for noise!
