Anyone stay at the magic palace and have to call about the a/c? We are here and the upstairs is cool, but downstairs bedrooms are very warm. We have looked around to see if there is a 2nd thermostat as it appears there should be, but can't find one.
Anyway, I will be calling someone in the morning, but wondering if someone has stayed here and has the magic solution.
It was 83 degrees when we got here and turned the ac down to the lowest requested by resort owner (73) and 5 hours later it is 80.

FYI--very nice home. Would like to stay longer than we are scheduled for.:thumbsup2

if you do a search of the boards here you will find someone who did stay there and had the same problems. I think some thing was mentioned about a switch behind the tv.
Sorry I did not pay too much attention to it but you should find something on here

ok i did the search for you and found it. Called magic palace...

this post was in there

them...which is so nice for the adults.

OK...some helpful hints:
One...the downstairs AC is HIDDEN behind the massive entertainment center...we did not discover that until the last day when we were packing up. I only say this because you turn down the air upstairs and the upstairs rooms freeze and the downstairs room are saunas. We felt so bad for the people upstairs when we made them suck it up and put 5 comforters on them. LOL! But hey...us adults were HOT downstairs.
