Magic Mornings/Toontown Off Site?

Do any hotels off site (ie. BWPPI) get Magic Mornings/Toontown early entry? I've heard many different things about this (ie. one day, multiple days, no days) from everyone...

Magic Mornings come with your 3 day or more park hopper (one per pass no matter how many days you have). Otherwise, on-property guests also get MM

Tootown early entry is something commpletly different. I think you can get this if you book your travel through AAA. Perhaps some other agencies as well? Check it out - good luck!
