Does anyone know if the Magic Morning hours includes admission to Pixie Hollow? We will be staying at the Disneyland Hotel and we wanted to take advantage of the early admission. Is there any other ride that you would recommend that we go to first thing in the morning (to avoid long lines)? Thanks!

When we were there earlier this month, Pixie Hollow was not open during MM, but people were lining up.
We always hit Peter Pan first during our MM, that line gets long quick & stays long all day. The Matterhorn is another one to take advantage of the smaller crowds with. Basically any ride in Fantasyland that you're wanting to do, your best bet is to plan them during the MM time.....after about 2 hours this area is packed with very long waits.

Peter Pan to Dumbo. Nemo to Matterhorn & Alice. Space FPs as soon as MM is over and while you are in line for Pixie Hollow. By the time you are out of Pixie Hollow, your FP window should be open to get another FP. Now make sure that PH opens at Park opening time. We were there late November and it opened 30 minutes after rope drop

I checked the Disneyland site and it is not on the entertainment schedule. If you are doing MM you should be able to get a schedule. Schedules are good for several days usually so the day before your trip you can ask for the current times as someone should have the schedule. Expect Pixie Hollow to open at the same time as the park or one hour later. It closes at about 5 pm usually.

It is usually one hour after the park officially opens until 5-6pm. Closing time is based on when it gets dark in the evening. There aren't any lights in the meet and greet areas.

I think there was a sign up at the entrance. Or maybe I asked the cm? We just headed over there first on one of our non MM mornings

What is Pixie Hollow?

Disney has had pay to play Pirates and ToonTown for a while. This and Cars related site are two new pay to be premium game sites.

Pixie Hollow at Disneyland is an area that has the Buzz Lightyear building on the east side. It has running along the north the path from Main Street to the Matterhorn. It has running along the sough the path from Main Street to Tomorrowland. It is a meet and greet area for Tinkerbell and her friends.

That is a good basic overview of what the area is like. They turned it into a forested area for the pixies to come and meet and greet guests.

Thanks again for everyone's input about Pixie Hollow and Magic Morning hours. I did find a thread on this board discussing the Magic Morning hours so I will take a look at it before I post some more questions. I do appreciate the feedback that I have received. Our DD is a HUGE Tinkerbell fan and is so excited to visit Pixie Hollow. :yay:

The sign at the beginning of the line says that Pixie Hollow's open from 9am-5pm.

Boy that helps that there is finally a sign up.

Wonder what the policy is then for late park opening. I think there was another thread up about a 10am opening scheduled for during their visit... I imagine the 1 hour theory would apply, as normal park opening is 8am and pixie hollow starts at 9.

When we were there in January, the park opened at 10AM and Pixie Hollow was open at this time too (we went straight there).

Aren't there only certain rides open during MM?
Does anyone have a list of what rides are open during MM?
(crossing my fingers for Finding Nemo)

That has the list of rides and everything you need to know. The list does not mean the ride will be running at MM. The MM list depends on the crowds and seasons and other stuff. Do bookmark this or subscribe to that thread for future reference. The thread is kept up to date.
