Played it last night for about the same as the PP and liked it! My son enjoyed it as well! I was glad to see Merlin!!

At the bottom of the screen there is a "social" button. You can log in using your Facebook or google+ account

Also, how are y'all progressing so far already?
Admittedly, I only played for about an hour last night, but I generally refuse to spend money on these types of games

Only seeing friends I already have on Facebook appear in the social section

As far as progressing, probably just playing more than I should . Still not that far though - need some more magic to get Ham

I've just started playing and I'm loving it already! This is totally my kind of game anyway, but the Disney Parks angle and the storyline has me completely hooked!

I'm with you, Jes. I'll play the games, and as soon as I get "You must ask 1,000 friends or spend money to go further" I never play again. Really turns me off. So if that's the case with this game, I will not be playing long.

As far as I can tell, you don't spam your friends to get "magic". When I click on the social button it's only showing other Facebook friends who are playing.

I only have one Facebook friend on there, and I know Pete is playing, why can't I find him?

not sure how exactly it works ... I just see some people I am Facebook friends with show up (including Pete, Craig and a few others) ... but then some others I don't see and when I go tot he "add" button and search for them they don't even come up as a possibility - maybe some setting they have on their account?

I tried this when it first came out and I'm not all that jazzed about it. I was hoping for more customizability like a Sims game. Maybe I just haven't gotten that far - just have Mickey, Goofy and Woody and built the ferris wheel and Mickey's house and a few benches. Does it get better?

It's definitely not a Sim game where you will be able to customize rides or anything like that. It's more like a quest game to build up experience and get access to new items, etc.

It's been kinda neat to see the new characters and how they interact with things ... but more of a nice game to spend 5 minutes on here and there, not something you spend an hour with

I find myself playing it just to finish things up, I don't actually find it that fun. But every time I get a notification, I go back in and do the next thing!

I finally got it working. It is fun, but I completely understand why people are frustrated with it.
