I'm thinking about this for our trip, but I could see this being very unfriendly for wheelchair users. I doubt if there's a special section to accomodate wheelchairs. I can't see getting to a table easily; so, I'm concerned about doing it. Being in an outside enviroment to me could be very tricky to manuever a wheelchair in. I would be willing to get there early, but I don't want a big production trying to do it.

So, has anyone done it in a wheelchair? I would love your opinions about it.

We have not been to the desert party, but watched the fireworks from that area several times before they closed it off to use for the desert party. We got there early and were up by the railing. The nights we were there, the guests near the front stayed seated and we had a very good view.

After reading the posts I've decided to skip this party.

I do appreciate the input.

We did it our last trip and enjoyed it. Do make sure when you make the reservation that they know so they can place you at abetter table to get around. The view and food was very good.
