I can also be a sign-up buddy for the 8 am sign-up. I'm not 100% sure I can do the noon or 4 pm though - it depends on our plans for the day.

Ok, you all know as dense as a board, so here we go.....
When we sign up and we want groups N, O and P and P happens to be filled do we automatically drop to Q? Or do we just get the 2 groups and wait until the next time frame to request again?
Also, is it ok to only request 2 groups? We dont have to rqst 3?
I want to experience at least once a swap for each park. My problem is I only do to the WDW every couple of years and this past time I for some reason didnt take a lot of photos of MK. But I have already mentally chosen my coutry for the next Epcot swap!
There are so many great swaps coming up!

No, there is no minimum number of groups. If you only want 1 or 2 groups, that is fine.

So here is group P

Group P: Lands
5. Mickey’s Toontown Fair
6. Tomorrowland
7. Main Street
8. Magic Kingdom

When all of the spots in grp P fill, I will open a second grp called P2. If you ask for Main St and someone else has that spot already, but the group is not filled, you just won't have a spot. When the group closes and the next one opens, I will try my hardest to remember who asked for what and fill it in accordingly, but my success depends on how crazy or easy sign ups are. (DHS was easy, so I could take those requests.) If you just want a spot in grp P and are flexible, I would post like this,
grp P, Main St or whatever is open
I will give you your 1st choice if open, but if not open, at least you have a spot!

I would suggest after you post your requests, to make sure that it is filled. If you see me filling requests that were posted after yours, make sure you post again and let me know I missed you.

I know the answer is right in front of my nose, but I can't seem to get it. So if we have a sign up buddy, should we tell them our top three choices, then our next three and so on, out of the entire swap?

Yes - you give me your top 3 choices for the 8 opening with 2 in reserve just incase my typing isn't quick enough and some one else gets 2 of your 3 tops.
Then for your 12 opening - you give me 3 more choices. So your email would like something like this:

8AM
Group A - Peter Pan - Ohana 4
Group D - Judge's Tent- Ohana 4
Group I - Pirates- Ohana 4
reserve -
Group A - Cinderella's Carrousel- Ohana 4
Group I - Enchanted Tiki Room- Ohana 4

12PM
Group E - Astro Orbiter- Ohana 4
Group G - Riverboat- Ohana 4
Group O - Adventureland- Ohana 4
reserve -
Group G - Liberty Bell- Ohana 4
Group O - Liberty Square- Ohana 4

I'm working on the assumption that your reserve choices are in the groups you really want because you can use those groups the most.

Be sure to put you screen name next to your choices if you are PMing me for a buddy. I'm going to cut and paste your PM's into a word doc so I can just cut & paste it all into a post.

Ohana4 -- At 8AM all of the groups will be open, but you can only sign up for 3. As groups fill, I will open another one. I am hoping that this will spread us out over the groups. At Noon, all of the groups will be open and you can sign up for an additional 3 groups etc. At some point I will stop opening new groups, but you can be assured of having all of the groups open at those times.

As much as I will probably hate myself for this, there just isnt anything that would really work for me and Im going to not participate in this swap. Im sure that I will be scraplifting alot, tho!
