Here's 3 pictures from the Merlin and the Sword in the Stone Show from Jan 2006. My 5 year old daughter Victoria was chosen to compete for the task of pulling the sword from the stone. After the big strong man tried, and failed, it was my daughter's turn. Here she is after pulling out the sword.

Here she is being crowned "Royal Ruler of the Realm" by Merlin.

Here she is after the ceremony (in her commoner disquise) before going to mingle with her subjects.
