magic kingdom parade and fireworks

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knows if you can go to Magic Kingdom for the Parade and fireworks with out having to go for the whole day?

As long as you have a park ticket. If you have visited another park earlier in the day, you need a park hopper ticket.
