So it's been a couple of years since we last visited in the summer but I'm sure MK was open until 11pm or 12 midnight most days we were there - looking at the calendar for this year it shuts at 10pm every night?

Are the hours likely to be extended nearer to the time?

Or will Disney now be shutting general admission at 10pm to make $$ from the separate "After Hours" tickets?

The after hours event is not even scheduled in June

Which I bet it why park hours have not been posted yet. They haven't decided if they are going to continue the after hours parties into June, which means they cannot commit to the June MK hours yet. "After hours" is looking unsuccessful at this time with offering such a discounted rate to AP holders yesterday. There is so much in limbo for June trips right now. I hope they at least post MK hours sooner than us playing the waiting game for May 20 to hear about the updates for AK.

Thanks everyone. I agree that us June planners are in so much limbo right now, what with this and AK evening issues. I really hope they don't extend the After Hours.

As far as AK goes, the only question out there should be whether or not there will be FPs for the Jungle Book show. I would be seriously stunned if the full Rivers of Light show opened in June, and nightime Safari FPs are already available. Hours for our AK day were extended to 11 pm this week.

Disney Parks blog reported last week that fast passes WILL be available for Jungle Book, more information to be released May 20th. .... so we will see! :)

I would say there is also a question of what time the Jungle Book show will be. It's rather difficult to plan FP's for the evening not knowing if there will be 1 or 2 shows, what times they will be, and therefore what time the FP "block" will be to work around. Difficult to schedule the night Safari without knowing that. And even though park hours are until 11, there don't appear to be FP for Everest past sunset at this time. Is this due to an interruption for Jungle Book (crowd control, noise from coaster/people) meaning there won't be any later or have they just not phased them into the system?

And then there's Epcot. Soarin': will it open with the original movie in the new theatre? When? Will there be FP for that? And of course, Frozen Ever After. Soft openings?

Lots of things uncertain for June planners.

Good points. Soarin's not an issue for us, because it opens while we're down there. We already have two FPs for it :)

I would be surprised if they re-open it with the original movie at this point, but can't be sure.
