We've heard that the Magic Kingdom Fireworks can be viewed from the beach at Fort Wilderness, however we were wondering if the music that accompanies the fireworks can be heard from the Fort Wilderness beach?

Thanks in advance for any and all replies.

We'll be at FW in only 9 more days!!! (Our first trip to the Fort...can't wait!)

Also, could someone help me out with what a DH, DD, DS, DW is? (Still learning the lingo) :confused3

The music is piped in and DW = darling wife, DS = darling son and dd = darling daughter.

At 9:45 the Electric Light Parade comes thru the fort and the music is also piped in for that.

The Electrical Water Pageant music comes directly from the boats.

The fireworks music is not piped in to the beach at FW, but if the wind is blowing that way, you can sometimes hear the music very lightly. (Unless something has changed in the last few months, and they've installed speakers on the beach?)

We were just there last week. We could hear the music for the electric pageant but not for the fireworks.

If you take the boat to Poly, you can watch from the beach there and the music is piped in. I don't know why they don't pipe in the music to FW yet. :sad1:

We just watched it from Poly on Friday night and couldn't hear the music. Maybe we just weren't at the right spot. We were on the beach to the right of the dock

Poly might only pipe it into the restaurant. It's not on the beach for awhile now.
You can hear the EWP music really good anywhere since the music comes from the boats themselves. I've seen WISHES so many times, i think i can just listen to the music in my head, lol.

Maybe because it's loud you think it's on the speakers. At any rate it is a good volume.

LOL - No, I wasn't saying that I thought there were speakers. I thought maybe YOU were thinking there were speakers! :upsidedow

I wish there were some way to pipe the music in. But, then, everyone would be on the beach, and we like having it to ourselves during the fireworks! :rolleyes1
