What is "LD week"?
LD = Labor Day
Our flight schedule changed on us and put us in Orlando a day early, so we were able to book Bay Lake Tower for this one night before heading off to the next resort for the rest of the trip. Never thought we would stay there so trying to make the most of it. Our hope is to catch the fireworks over dinner then be back in the room on our lake view balcony for the electric water pageant, assuming our room has a decent enough "lake view".
Is that usually a busy week? I hadn't thought of that. We are in WDW from 9/6-9/10, staying at the Beach Club (all but that first night at the Bay Lake Tower) for our 15th anniversary.
No, LD itself might be busy but all schools will have resumed. Early Sept historically used to be a "quiet time"...
We’re celebrating our 10th anniversary on the 8th!
This is exactly why I chose this week! Historically, pre- and during- covid times, the crowds have been minimal with most attractions 30 minutes or less but many basically walk on.
But we have no interest in Victoria & Albert’s at all. My DH is a fussy eater. 
What I’m most worried about is the weather, ie the heat and humidity. We’re from GA so we’re definitely used to it, but it hits different when you’re spending most of your time on concrete and asphalt.Also there LD week, Sept 4-13. Celebrating our 44th anniversary.
