To each his own.Too much panning.
Thanks for posting. We are usually there around this time of the year but couldn't go this year, so seeing this video made me smile!
To each his own.
To each his own.
Having done this for many years. Believe me it makes a BIG difference
Having done this a lot believe me you want to keep panning to a minimum. If you have to pan do it in one direction and slowly. Your fade ins and outs are nice. If you zoom, zoom slowly. Keep scenes to around 10 seconds when possible. Your videos are not anywhere near to the first one I made. Everyone got seasick.
I know you're right, and I'll definitely work on those things. I'm doing well holding the camera steady for the most part, but after your first post, I watched my videos more critically, and you're absolutely right! I pan too much. Back and forth! I need to cut scenes shorter and just go over things once.
I'll work on that in the next video!
Thanks for the constructive criticism!

Thank you! I'm still learning, but I hope I'm getting better.I didn't take this, but it is a perfect example of panning, zooming and fade in/out. Also notice there is not much panning and there are tight shots. Hope it helps.
