Magic kingdom extra hours

Does anyone know if all of the lands in magic kingdom are open during early magic hours? I last went November 2014 and dont remember seeing any of them not open during the extra hour, but I'm hearing of the possibility of maybe adventure land and frontier land not opening that early.
