We plan on spending a full day in each of the four parks, but on our fifth day we want to split our day between MK and Epcot. We are staying offsite and will have a rental car. We will start the day in MK and end in Epcot. Can anyone tell me the best way to get from MK to Epcot? Is it best to move our rental car and then drive to Epcot? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Really easy to take the monorail. Take the line from MK two stops to transportation center. Transfer to Epcot monorail.

When we used to stay offsite and park hop from MK to Epcot we would leave the car at MK and then use the monorail to get to Epcot and back.

If you're staying offsite and ending your night at Epcot, I would take the car to Epcot. You'll have to have a long monorail trip back to your car at the end of the night, and the monorail will be packed. If you don't want to move the car in the middle of the day, then I would park at Epcot in the morning and monorail or Uber to the MK, just so you can get back to your hotel faster at the end of the night.

I love the Monorail but IMO, it will be more time consuming to take it from the MK than your car. You'll have to board the monorail or a boat either mode you choose, but you'll have to board another monorail. So waiting in line and then the 10 minute trip. The drive will be about 10-15 minutes by car.

If you are going to do the monorail, I do agree, park the car at Epcot and then make your way over to the Magic Kingdom.
