Toon Park is the little tots playground that is next to the Railroad and across from Mickey's house. Yes, I would think Mickey or Minnie is appropriate. I had this last year -- I think I did a slide as my embellishment

If we didn't live 2.5 hours away from each other, Michi Belle and I would be brawling to get in that group with you!!! Great topper - I did look to see what group it went to, and saw that it was on my list of groups to join, so SCORE!!! But Michi Belle is still a newbie with these swaps so I will give her a break and let her have any choice she wants of mine.
