Does this sound manageable with a 5&9 yr old.
We arrive on a Thursday.
Friday - Magic Kingdom
Breakfast - 8:25AM - Be Our Guest
Lunch - 2:20PM - Cinderella Royal Dining
Dessert Party - 6:30PM - Fireworks Show
Dinner ??

Does that seem like too many scheduled things in a day?
We will be there the first week of January.

Edit: I had the wrong time for the Dessert Party

I will say every family is different

for us that is too many sit down meals for one day at the same park. we are going in Nov with a 5 year old and I only have 1 seat down table service plan for each day the other meals will be quick service or breakfast at the resort

MK is the park that you don't really want to be sitting down for too long at meals there is so much to do and see

Wow, dessert party is at 5:30? That seems really close to CRT. It takes 1-2 hours to eat there.

What time of the year has the dessert party at 5:30? Be Our Guest is quick service for breakfast. If you pre order your food it does not take any longer then a regular quick service. The children should enjoy the castle. You can share meals during breakfast and lunch. CRT is sit down and might be a nice break. It took us an hour to an hour and half. The dessert party does not take that long and it you want a good viewing area without staking out a place for an hour it may benefit your family. I think it is doable. Just my thoughts.

Be Out Guest is a,quick service location. Every table is served a plate of pastries during this time. Not everyone needs to purchase a meal during this time. Not sure how large your entree would be, but you could possibly share. (I don't eat a lot at breakfast, but do like my pastries and coffee.)

Cinderella Table at 2:20 and Dessert Party at 5:30. Verify the time of the dessert party. That is actually close, considering you may have to wait to be seated at lunch time for Cinderella Royal Table. If the timings you listed are accurate, you will not fully enjoy the dessert party (not sure how hungry you would be).

And then a dinner. We usually eat two meals a day and then snack. (One table service, I counter service (or quick service).

It's just my opinion and since you didn't say what time (date) you will be in Magic Kingdom, or for how many days, you are going to be spending much of your time eating. Magic Kingdom has a lot of rides, character meet and greets that your family would enjoy.

Each family is different, but you could be spending 4 plus hours eating!

If you're going in the hot months, I'd want to spend the afternoon indoors so that'd work okay. You'll not be doing much in the park between 220 and 630. Maybe a ride/meet on the way to the dessert party.

I had the wrong time for the dessert party. It’s 6:30. We will be there in January.

We will have 5 full days for going to the main parks. We are planning to visit the Magic kingdom twice.

Magic Kingdom
Hollywood
Rest/Magic Kingdom
Epcot
Animal Kingdom

If you have never eaten in the castles and you are planning 1 1/2 days at Magic Kingdom, I would suggest trying to move one of those meals to the 1/2 day. If you can't get reservations on other day, keep trying. Reservations can be cancelled without a fee between 24 and 48 hours. Important: do not cancel what you have until you have secured another reservation. You have managed to secure "hard to get" ones.

Be Out Guest at 8:25. Magic Kingdom has been allowing guests into the parks one hour before park open to get up Main Street. (However, this is not done on EMM (early magical mornings, a separate paid fee\ticket event and you would need a regular park admission). Or on EMH (Extra Magic Hours, available to guests staying in property and some other hotels, (Disney Springs). I would suggest arriving early (When arriving at gates look for entering park with prepark reservations). I'm not sure if Be Our Guest will allow you to enter early, but you could try.

You know your family best and what is right for you. No matter what, I hope you have a magical stay!!!

Skip dinner if you already have two meals and a dessert party that day. You won't be hungry in the least.
