Magic Kingdom current opening procedure

In case anyone's wondering, here's how MK's opening went this morning. I arrived at MK around 8:30 and went straight in. I was too busy dodging people to notice that when I got to the hub, everything came to a screeching halt, and a few minutes later, there was a big welcome over the loud speaker, and reminder that the lands would open at 9:00. Sure enough, promptly at 9:00 we were able to shuffle en masse into (in my case) Adventureland. However, the Jungle Cruise was down, apparently the Hippos had caused some mischief, and Pirates was also down. Fortunately, Jungle Cruise opened around 9:15, and after I rode that, checked and Pirates was still down (last I checked was around 11:40 and It was STILL down) and Splash's wait was 75 mins, and 7DMT was 90 minutes, both by 10:00.
