What is the procedure for Magic Kingdom a.m. EMH with the new 'main street open / welcome show at the castle?'

Is there a particular spot where resort guests can enter to go on rides? (Non-resort guests would be let into the main street and hub at the same time, so isn't it a little confusing)?

What time would they do the welcome show at the castle - before EMH begin, or 1 hour later when it opens to non-resort guests?

1. The Hub. Bridge to Tomorrowland and bridge to Fantasyland.
2. Not necessarily true.
3. About 5 minutes before "regular hours" opening time.

What time should you arrive if you want to be toward the front of the 7DMT stampede?

We got there about an hour to 45 minutes early and we were the second people on the ride. The other couple was just too fast for us! lol
