Magic Kindom Early Parking Question

Our first trip to Disney so not sure on the following. We have a reservation at 8:15am for Cinderellas Royal Table. We are not staying at a Disney Resort and will be driving a rental to Magic Kindom. My question is how early should we get there and will they let us in and park to get to early reservation. Thank you

Allow as much time as you can, because you will first have to take the tram or walk to the TTC, and then take the monorail or ferry over to the park.

Yes, people with a dining reservation look for a CM with a tablet at the MK gate who'll be checking to be certain you've a reservation. If you don't see that CM, just ask someone. Once they confirm your ressie, they'll wave you on into the MK.

You'll take the MK Express monorail if it's running for a faster trip. It goes directly to MK, no stops, but may not be running. It's been down a lot lately.

The resort loop train stops at the Polynesian and Grand Floridian and could be quite full, requiring you to wait for the next train. About a 20 minute ride if you get right on, although that one stopped sometimes en route for unexplained delays when we rode it last fall.

The ferry is generally more reliable, but again, at that time of day, you may have to wait for the next one.

Assuming MK opens at 9am that day, the parking lot should open by around 7:30am. I would plan to be in the lot at that time and as others have said, take the monorail from the TTC.

If parking shortly after 7:30AM you will be close enough to walk to the TTC. The Express Monorail runs pretty consistently. I don't think you'll have any issue being at the gate by 8:00AM.
