I'm seeing the wait bar move ever so slightly, so progress IS being made, however small it is.

My computer progress bar and moved further than my phone one...so that is a good sign. I accidentally slid my phone down and refreshed and I don't know if that makes a difference.

As a thought experiment, I opened the original link in a window and dragged that onto a separate monitor, that I haven't even dragged the cursor over. I also opened the link in a different window that I have refreshed a couple of times. Zero difference between the two.

You might have to refresh occasionally on your phone - some phones will idle the browser when it's sleeping, which will stop the queue from updating automatically. There shouldn't be a negative consequence of a refresh.

Okay I got on my computer the link maybe 30seconds before my phone. I had to copy on my Mac and paste into my phone browser. Both are moving and making progress but my computer has slightly more. Still wait is more than an hour. But they are both moving obviously now.

Someone on Facebook is saying they were able to buy a Key already:

I was just able to buy 1 enchant key for my daughter after about an hour of waiting. It made me sign back in at checkout so I wasn't able to do the CA monthly plan and didn't want to risk losing the tickets so I just paid for the whole thing.

I disabled my phone from going to sleep. It will not shut down, sleep, or turn off unless I lock it....
