Magic key discount

I’ll be heading to the parks in the end of June with park hopper passes because our Magic Keys will be blocked. Can I still use the magic key discount in parks on food and merchandise? Any little bit helps at Disney

I am not seeing anything that explicitly states that they can't be used, but you could always try to mobile order on a day where your pass is blocked and see if it gives you the discount before you pay.

I've used the Annual Pass discounts on blockout days in the before times. A cashier did seem very confused when I used a Socal Pass on July 4 one time because it had a lower discount than the passes that weren't blocked out that day but I did get my discount.
