SO I hear about this Facebook group everyone talks about, but how does one join the group so that he can get up to date with our cruise in 9 weeks?

You may want to look at getting 2 8gb cards vs 1 16gb card. You may find the price is less. It is your call.
Do they do tours around the ship and is there cookery demos with the chefs? I can't remember what there was all to do onboard![]()
There is a tour of the ship giving by a CM on embarkation day. It is around 2 to 3 pm. Look on the Navigator and you should find it. Also they give several cookery shows. If you look on past navigators under "Art of Entertainment" segements. They are usually held on sea days during late morning or early afternoon. The best thing for you is to review the previous Eastern cruise navigators for activities held on the ship. You can find links to them on the FAQ's thread.
Thanks I'll look into that would love to go to the cookery shows![]()
We also like to go to them as well. They are held in Studio Sea on Deck 4. See you there.
PS: They also do a wine demo at each event.
Here is a link to previous navigators. The most recent Eastern I could see was 3/26/11.

They also have a Galley tour on one of the sea days which is pretty neat. It takes you behind the scenes of all the kitchens on board. It was a highlight of our cruise last time and I plan to catch it again if it's offered. They also have napkin and towel folding shows too.![]()
