I'm going to HHI in three weeks, but I've been trying to arrange a trip to WDW to use the 71 points left before banking them. I called this morning to check studio availability at VWL for June 27-July 2. The CM was very nice but told me there was nothing but 1BRs. Since it's just me and my teenager, I didn't want to borrow points. I get the 1BRs when he's bringing a friend. Anyway, I hung up to decide whether to take the studio at OKW. I called back and got a different CM; gave him optional days; and again mentioned my original request. He discovered that 3 of the 5 original days were available for a VWL studio. He told me to hold on and he would call the Lodge and try to get the remaining 2 days (mentioned something about moving inventory - whatever that means). Sooo, the end of my story is that I got all 5 nights as originally requested (using 70 points). We have nothing against OKW, but we love the VWL so much. I can't wait! Three weeks until HHI (first visit) and then 4 more weeks until WDW. So now you understand why I had my magic today. The CM really went above the call of duty. Just had to share. Can't wait to here the "welcome home!"
