I read on here the other day where someone said to call and verify your reservation with ME if you make your reservation online. Yes, do this I made mine online when someone posted the thread on here it was very fast and easy that is why I have made all of my reservations online for my trip(except ADR's). I even received an email verifying I made a reservation, well I have been checking my info on WDW website and never saw that is was added. So, today I called to see if I actually had it.....No I didn't so it doesn't hurt to call and make a quick check on your ressies because if I hadn't I would have been stuck at the airport for a week!!! :rotfl2: I was on the phone for like 2 minutes and that was even waiting for a CM I gave him my airline info and he said I should get my tags in about a week and if I don't to call the ME number and he gave me that so I don't have to call the reservation line again. Anyway so sorry this was so long I just wanted to give everyone a heads up!! :thumbsup2

After reading your post I went online to check my ME reservation and it wasn't there? I also, received confirmation of them receiving my information. I called and spoke to a nice CM and it is all taking care of. Thanks A Bunch :goodvibes

Well I just got online and it shows up now that I have it, but he put my arrival and departure times at 12:00am. :confused3 When I gave him my flight number I asked if he needed the times also. He said no it will show up when I enter your flight numbers. So I guess I will call back tomorrow because they are closed already.

Mine did the same thing so I called today. Please check the flight #. The airline will probably say unknown with arrival at 12. The CM assured me that as long as flight # is in system with our name we are fine. The buses come every half hour.

Whenever you call Magical Express, write down the name of the person you talked to.

If you still don't get your yellow tags in time for your trip, show up at the ME welcoming area anyway. They can get your luggage to the resort for you if you wish, even without the tags.

ME going to Disney works the same for all airlines arriving at Orlando International. You do not have to hustle to make a specific bus.

ME for the trip back home can be arranged or modified after you get there if needed. You do need to be punctual for an assigned bus.
 
As long as they have the flight #s correct, you are fine. Upon arrival, it really doesn't matter. Once you arrive at the ME registration counter, they will scan your voucher, then your luggage will be matched up to you, and it will be delivered correctly.

When you receive your return notice on your resort door the day before you leave, confirm that is correct. If it is, you are set. If not, go to the front desk and they will fix it on the spot.
