Magic Express without flight

I would like to be picked up and dropped off at the airport (my sister lives next to the airport, and would rather not have her drive all the way to Disney to get us)

I have been searching the forums, looks like this should be possible. Someone in a previous post mentioned that you can call Magical Express and ask them to schedule a time without giving them a flight number, but just got off the phone and the DME rep told me if there was no flight information she could not schedule me. Did I get incorrect information, or did this just change?

I had a similar situation. I looked up two Southwest flights that arrived/departed about the time I wanted to be picked up and 2.5 hours after the time I wanted to to be dropped off and gave them those flight numbers and everybody was happy.

Some CMs feel capable of doing it, some don't. Call back or find some flights that make the times work out and then call back.

Does your sister mind going to WDW to get you? It's not that far, IMO. (and we usually drive from and to the airport, and know the distance)

Just call back and try again.

They will need flight info for going to the airport. Find a flight that leaves 3 hours after you'd like to leave Disney.
