I made our November resort reservations in February '11. In June, I contacted Disney to add Magic Express for my Son and his Fiance and my DD and DGS, they are all staying in the same room, but have different flights.
I called a month later, because things didn't look right on the online reservation that I could view. They had DS and DD on one flight and Fiance and DGS on other flight. At the end of that conversation they assured me that they had it "fixed".
I looked at our ressies yesterday and the ME ressies are not fixed, and it still had our "old" pre-911 address listed. I contacted reservations last evening and was on the line with them for 31 minutes getting this straightened out. This morning, I checked the online reservation and it still shows that old address, and now only my DS and DD are listed for ME, but not the fiance or DGS. Is there a number I can call to reach Magic Express directly to try to get this straightened out?
