I would ask for an earlier time also. We sat on a bus for one hour before we left the property yesterday. There was a bus loading at our resort (BC) at 6:55 but we were told to wait for one that was right behind it at 7:10. We boarded it and went to the BW and CBR resorts. The driver was slow in loading luggage and sat and waited for guests who didn't show up. We also had to wait for a Disney cruise line bus to move out of our way. It wasn't loading it was just sitting there in the way! We then went first to the terminal side of MCO which had all of the participating airlines. The people who had no luggage to check got off there. We proceeded on to the other side where we had to drag our luggage up two levels to check it in. The lines to check in and for security were long. We spent two hours getting to the BC from touch down at MCO also.There were long lines at the counter and for the busses. Would I use this service again? No, no, no.
