If we have a flight (US flight) that departs at 8:45 AM, what time would ME pick us up? Thanks!

Between 5:30 and 6:00

It about 3 hours before your flight

And be there at least 15 minutes before. Pickup time in ME parlance means the time the bus leaves the resort.
