Magic Express from airport to WDW experiences??

What experiences has anyone had using the complementary transportation using a wheelchair? I'm sure thay must have a bus that is accessable. Is it more hassle than it's worth?

We just used DME to get to the Beach Club Villas from a flight from LAX. We had not received the luggage tags beforehand but upon check-in at the DME desk, they took our baggage receipts, asked for a description of each bag ( they have "examples" on laminated paper) and by the time we were finished with the simple check in process, the lift bus was waiting for us. They do have to order one upon your arrival, but it was no hassle at all. Kathy
