Magic express booking

I booked my hotel at disneyworld website,
Did not have flight number with me at time of booking,
How do I enter the info now,
Email I got on booking says to log in and enter details, but cannot find place to enter info. Called Disney number, but got automated message.

Also I amtraveling American airlines and will Only have carry on bags.
Are they allowed on magic express ? Can we carry them with us?
How much to tip driver?

Ya I tried doing the same on the website the other day when I had to pay my remaining balance

I just ended up calling Disney and talking to some one.. yes you get the auto message thing first but if you press 0 you get a real person loll and I just gave them all my info


and yes they allow bags on the bus. or if they are too big they will just go below

happened to me as well and all I did is send them an email and withing 2 days, they replied back confirming the details

I always find it much easier to just call Disney directly and have DME added. There really seems to be way too much trouble trying to do it online.

Update:

I had originally posted that you could book on line and posted the URL. The first time I used it in August 2010 it worked.

Last week I went to do it again and today I got this message back:

We are unable to book your reservation for Disney's Magical Express
because the web site you used to contact us is for the exclusive use of
Walt Disney World Wholesale Partners.

Please contact (407)934-7639 to complete your Disney's Magical Express
reservation.

So I guess you cannot book it online anymore so I removed that info so it won't confuse anyone.
