What a wonderful thought. We keep thinking about it was this time last year that we were boarding for our first Disney cruise. My parents are leaving for 7night eastern January 3rd. I am painfully jealous!

Two more years...it sounds like it is so far away. It won't be long when we say how fast that trip went by.

Hi All......Happy Christmas and a very Mickey New Year!

I just looked on the DCL website to see what kind of Christmas decorations they had for the staterooms and I was not impressed. There's not much and it's overpriced. I think I'll be bringing my own decorations onboard.

Stacy you are so fortunate to be going somewhere warm for Christmas - I envy you! It is -27 degrees celsius today (-17 Fahrenheit). The forecast low for this week is Christmas Eve. It will be -32 (-25 Fahrenheit). That is cold, even for those of us born and raised here

Is everybody ready for Christmas? I am almost done, nothing like leaving things to the very last minute. I am sure that 2 years from now I will be completely organized as we pack for the cruise, no last minute panicking

I think I am ready for Christmas. Kids are off from school for two weeks so we came down to Florida for the holidays as well. A friend of mine has been sending me text messages about the weather back home. Love sunny Florida!!!!

I would definitly pack your own. For what they offer, you could go to target and pick up some stuff and pack it: lights, window clings, small tree, really will not take up much room. Don't forget your stockings!

Deb, I recall earlier in the thread that you checked with Shirley to see if she supplies Christmas decorations. If you put in a special request would she provide them? My concern is that I always overpack, and I might not have a lot of extra room.

I remember her saying that she does a small tree....not sure about special requests. I would think that if you have something specific in mind, she will work with you and get you what you want. Check her website and see what she's offering this year for Christmas....it might give you a better idea.

I went to the Dollar store today and ALL the Christmas stuff was on sale for 1/2 price

I bought 6 boxes (15 per box) of Disney Christmas Cards, for $3.00

Next year, I will buy "goodies" at 1/2 off for our Christmas cruise!!!
