Magic Bands

My bands worked at Aulani Thanksgiving 2020. I hadn't gone with them before that but I remember telling my friends who went at that Christmas and they were fine too. It is not a new thing. Just for some people at Aulani.

Just left today and the bands did not work anywhere. They looked at me like I was crazy when I asked if they would work.They were connected to MDE so that wasn't the problem. We even had trouble with the room keys when charging things. we had to reset our pins twice.

Just want to say ours from 2019 and earlier worked everywhere as well. All you have to do is ask them for “room charge” then tap your MB. If they pick credit card as payment method it won’t work.

And of course link your MBs to your MDE account.

A little PSA, if you want to make your kids wear them but those tabs to secure the bands. It may pop open when they’re in the water .
