Do magic bands ever go on sale? Best place to buy them?

They do not although you can sometimes find them on third-party sites (if you trust them) like eBay. MBs are not transferable so used MBs are worthless to anyone other than the original user.

The best place to buy them online is through Disney. You can find bands at every Disney park or at Disney Springs, also at MCO in the Disney store.

If you have a package through Disney you can get discounted ones through Disney. I got the 50th Anniversary one for my trip in February

I have seen them go on sale in the past but who knows now.
If you have a room reservation you can get them at a reduced price.
Otherwise the best place to buy is directly from Disney through ShopDisney or onsite.
