Magic bands

We booked a reservation for friends and their address is on the confirmation. Will their magic bands be mailed to the address on the confirmation, or to our address since it's our membership?

They order their own bands and they are mailed to them.

They will be mailed to whatever address is in the shipping address section of the magic bands.
Basically you/they would have to check.

FWIW you can change the address.

I did that to have the bands sent to extended family, since I wasn’t ordering a band for that stay and thought they might like to get the box.


That’s not what the OP will do, of course. She’ll just give family the reservation number and let them add it to their account then do the band customization on their own. But I did want to mention that you can change it.

I asked DVC, and they said when you set up your magic bands on your MyDisney app, the first question they ask is where you want to have the bands sent. They will then be sent to that address.
