Magic Bands

Hope I am posting to the correct board. I recently received my Magic Bands for our November trip. However, we only received one band and should have received three. Anyone else have this happen? I tried to call today but was on hold for 30 minutes then got cut off. I guess I will try again later.

I have never had that happen to me though.

Are the correct number of bands showing on your MDE account?

I'm guessing there was just an error somewhere along the way.

Definitely call back and be sure you sepak to someone. There may still be time to have the rest mailed to you.

As mentioned, call and talk to someone. There's may not be enough time to have the rest of them mailed to you, but they should be able to have them waiting for you at your resort.
