Magic Bands to your resort?

We have an upcoming stay on property, with the new Magic Band+ we are just missing the cut-off of being able to order in advance of our trip. However, in the fine print it states this:

As soon as you book your Resort stay, choose your MagicBand and print your name. MagicBands will ship to your home.
10-6 Days Before Your Trip
Choose your MagicBand and print your name. MagicBands will ship only to your Resort.

5-1 Days Before Your Trip
MagicBand selection is no longer available.

Does this mean that I could still order a Magic Band+ at our discounted resort rate through the app/website and have them delivered to the hotel if I was between 6-10 days out from check-in date? If so, how do they count days---does our check-in day count as day 1 or day 0?

I ordered right at 10 days before check-in(next weekend). They said mine would be shipped to our home. We leave Saturday, and the bands have still not shipped. Getting nervous...

This is my fear. We will be ordering Wednesday which is when there will be 9 days left to order according to the countdown on the order page which is 16 days before our trip. I fear they will be backed up with so many people ordering. Oh well it is what it is. I don’t want to wait to order since they might be out of the ones we want.

I'm wondering the same thing. We have a cruise before our trip in August, so I'd prefer if we could pick up at the resort rather than hope they show up early enough at home.

Is there any way to direct them to the resort rather than home? Or do we have to wait to the 6-10 day window?

That's what I'm wondering. It would be nice to have a choice - in my case the mail is not reliable in my area, but other people travel before their trips and even 10 days in advance is pushing it.

Alright, I am a nervous wreck about our bands. I ordered them on 7/20. We get to Disney on the 30th. They were just shipped TODAY via USPS. I saw on the Disney site that any bands ordered 10 days and under are shipped to the resort. Mine are being shipped to my house

it gave me the option to send to resort, I'm within 10 days so we will see if it is really there.

Similar issue - we have a week-ish at Universal before our trip - not sure they will arrive in time!

Great news! Tracking shows my bands have made it to our town. They are supposed to be delivered tomorrow.

Well, my bands are on their way to the wrong post office--an hr away. Trying to track them down. We leave in the morning. Beyond frustrated!!

I arrive a little under 2 weeks and have been wondering if any orders have shipped yet (placed as prearrival bands not ones on shop Disney). I am anxiously watching for mine to be shipped. Last time I ordered magic bands it took 2 weeks to arrive after they were shipped. They parked somewhere out of state for quite some time on their journey. Idk when we will return to the parks so I don’t want to not get them for this upcoming trip

I ordered mine using a vpn (since I’m from europe and it won’t let me order magic bands from european website)
When I ordered, there was only the resort option, since my addres is outside the US.
so, it was kinda easy since there was no other options. btw, My trip is in 9 months so…way before the 10 days xD

Do you know how to have them shipped to the resort if the option is not prepopulated? We have 9 days at Universal before our Disney trip, so growing concerned that our order will be delayed because they think we don’t leave until 9 days after we leave home. I assume they are filling orders with some thought given to people’s arrival date

I'm not certain, but perhaps putting the resort address in for shipment?

I hope you're able to get your bands as smoothly and easily as possible!
