Magic bands still have not shipped

We hit the road in 21 days and our bands have not shipped. When should they normally ship? When should I start worrying?
 
Give them a call, they're usually on their way by now. You still have lots of time, but you may as well double check with them now instead of waiting until you're a week out, if just to put your mind at ease.
 
when are magic bands usually sent out? we will be on a cruise before our WDW stay and a few days at universal, hoping that we get them before we fly out!
 

They give you until 30 days out to customize it and then they create and ship them. Depending on where you live, it shouldn't take more than a week to 10 days ...
 
We are 15 days out and while one room's MBs have shipped (shipped today) the other one shows as "act quickly, they could ship any minute". Will call tomorrow to make sure they go out since I doubt they ship on Saturdays. We have 2 rooms but on one MDE account. The ones that shipped today says they should arrive between the 6th-8th
 
This happened to us on our last trip. The CM said they were stuck in customization. The CM had to do something in the computer to make them ship. Just give them a call.
 
I'm going to call tomorrow because ours has said for over a week to 'act quickly , they could ship at any minute.'
 
We check in the 28th and got ours today. I had until Monday to customize, got notification Thursday they had shipped and received them Friday.
 
I called today and there was a problem and she fixed it. she said that the problem would have fixed itself and shipped in time before our trip. Since I called she was able to fix it now and get it to ship n a couple of days. Glad I called. Thank you for all the advice.

Yeah - "act quickly" sounds like the system didn't register the customization.
 
On our spring break trip, my father wanted a gray band, so he just left the band as the default gray. Because he hadn't "customized" it -- he never went in and chose gray as a color -- it didn't trigger the bands to ship like they normally would, because they were still showing as not being customized . He and my mother ended up having their bands waiting for them at check-in.
 
For our March 22nd trip they shipped March 5.... my daughter is going last minute with my niece's family. She ordered her AP magicband Thursday and it shipped next day. She should have it by Tuesday or Wednesday. She had to activate the AP before she could order. They are going next Sunday.

Yes, call them and then follow up. This happened to us last year. We had 4 different room reservations, all but 1 room had their magic bands at about 30 days out. The first time I called, the guy said he would make a note to make sure they were shipped out asap. A few days later nothing had changed, so I called again and they again tried to tell me the same thing, but I questioned them and explained that we were only a week out, all 3 other rooms had gotten theirs weeks ago, and that there was something obviously wrong. He put me on hold and was able to do something to get them shipped out that day. Good luck.
