Magic Bands shipped 9 days ago...not arrived

I got an email from Disney Destinations on January 20 that my 6 magic bands had shipped. The attached tracking link shows that the package was accepted at the USPS in Memphis, Tennessee also on January 20, and were shipped 3 day priority mail. Nine days latter and the package has not arrived and there has been NO FURTHER MOVEMENT of the package according to the tracking link. We leave for Florida in two weeks, and I am starting to get nervous that the something has gone wrong in the shipping. Anyone else have this happen or am I beginning to panic too quickly?
 
I would call Disney. Our new AP bands shipped on 1/12 and I received them on 1/16.
 
ours never showed tracking, like it never got on the truck. We called Disney they said if they haven't arrived after 10 days they will ship them again directly to your hotel, and they will still be customized. Ours did show up at 8 days, but never got scanned till it arrived at local post office.
 

I once ordered tickets from an online ticket agency (very reputable). The tickets showed they left orlando and arrived in my city within a couple of days...but nothing after that. It had been like 8 days or so. I went to my post office and complained, they said that if it had arrived they should have the package within a day of that. I put in an official complaint online with the USPS and what do you know... about two days later that package arrived.

I have no idea what the delay was, but maybe the online complaint got someone looking for it.

I would try that, and then I'd call disney. No worries, if they send it to your hotel. at least you have it. Don't wait too long to call disney, though. I think 10 days missing is long enough.

same thing happened with our magic bands that were delivered last week. got the shipping notification and then the tracking didn't update until several days later...the day they actually arrived. :confused3
 
Thanks for the replies. This afternoon I did process a complaint on-line with the postal service with the tracking number information. So hopefully it will get resolved in a couple days. If not resolved by the USPS I will have to contact Disney to get them resent to our home or available at the resort when we arrive. Thanks again.
 
Still waiting for the shipment or a response from the USPS. I guess 3 day priority mail has a different meaning to the post office than it does to me. :confused3
