Magic Bands question

Not sure if this is the correct place to post. Please move if needed.

I got an email a few days ago stating our magic bands had been shipped. Today I came home to find a box on the front porch. Inside was one magic band. No information on the others. We were looking for a total of four. Last visit all four came in the same box. I don't have any other emails from Disney about the bands. The tracking number shows delivery at 2:51pm today - delivered. I am not sure what to do at this point. Any advice would be nice.

I would call. Did you accidentally customize and order just one?

We did all four months ago. Colors and names. Guess I need to call.

Update.

Did the chat with Disney. Not sure what happened but they said Stich must have done it. Missing 3 bands will be sent out in 1-2 days.

Yeah I think they were having Magic Band issues on the website. I also customized mine months ago, but then a day or two before they shipped one of them mysteriously disappeared from the reservation. Luckily I have a split stay so didn't bother calling since we were getting them with our other reservation.

I had the same problem. I personalized our bands a couple months ago, but when my personalization deadline was a day away, I noticed that only mine was showing up online. I had to call, and they unlinked and relinked by reservation. I had to recustomize everything. Hopefully they’re all in the box when it comes. Got my shipment email this morning.
