Magic Bands not as ordered

Our trip begins Monday, and our magic bands finally arrived today. I was quite disappointed to open the box and find they were all gray bands. I'm 100% positive that I customized them in plenty of time and I even double checked when I got the reminder email. Since it's too late to call tonight, does anyone know if they can have the correct bands for us at the hotel when we arrive?

I think they can do that if you call and let them know what happened. They won’t be personalized with your name or anything but I would think they could make something work with the colors
