Hi. I'm an Annual Pass holder and have many magic bands linked in MDE for myself. I am a local in FL close to WDW. I bought tickets for 6 family members who are visiting Oct 24 to Oct 30 and want to get them magic bands. If I go buy some at World of Disney or The Emporium, can I just bring them home and link them to those tickets for the people in my planning party who have a ticket?

The other question I have is if I can go to the Ticket location at Disney Springs and get the plastic tickets for the electronic tickets that I have ahead of them arriving without their being present or will Disney need to see ID of each person and I'll have to do at Guest Services the day of first park visit.

Thanks.

Hello! You can definitely purchase magic bands for all of them and then you can link them to each person using the My Disney Experience app. As for your other question, I'm not entirely sure, but I believe they would need to see ID, at least for anyone over 18. Don't quote me on that though!

The only reason for ID is if you got a discount on the ticket . You would need to prove the discount qualifies.

If you purchased Florida resident tickets for your party, any one age 18+ will need to show proper ID to use tickets.
