Magic Bands and Fast Pass +

Greetings everyone,

I'm sure the questions have been asked and answered repeatedly but I'm just new to this board.

We are participating in the Magic Band test program and are leaving in a few weeks.

My questions are:
Can we use our KTTW tickets to get regular FP at a different park than our FP+ park on the same day?

Can we or do we need to link our MNSSHP tickets to our Magic Band?

If we are planning a trip in the future, we will be able to use our Magic Bands from this trip?

From what I've read and could be totally mistaken, once you have MB you can not use regular fast pass. You do not need to link you MNSSHP tickets but you can. You can use your bands for future trips. I'll be using them in a week for the first time. Hoping it all goes well

You can still use regular FP you need to use your KTTW to get the regular FP.

I just came back on Friday, in addition to my magicband fastpass+, I was able to get the REGULAR fastpasses with my KTTW. The pp poster who said it wasnt possible is totally wrong. We are proof of it! And let me tell you, it worked out great! Didnt have to wait for anything!

We are just back from a trip with the bands and yes as of right now you can get regular FP with your KTTW cards. This will not always be the case and could stop at any time, but it's possible right now.

Are people only being selected from certain resorts for those bands?

During the testing phase you will also be able to get paper fastpasses with a KTTW card or separate ticket. At some point, probably when the system is fully rolled out and in widespread use, the paper fastpasses will go away.

AKL - and I think maybe the villas

We are at the Beach Club right now and they are testing it.

the AKL villas are not testing yet but they will be in October. Just the regular hotel rooms are testing there now.
