Magic band to resort

I have heard that if ordered in at the two week mark we can have our bands sent to the resort. We want to have our magic bands sent to the resort ASMu for pick up at checkin. We are to arrive on Sept 26th late evening. At what point should we order the bands and what is the mailing address for ASMu.

I'm presuming, based on some grammar markings in your text, you're not American? If you don't live in The United States, your magic band order will just go to your hotel front desk. All you have to do is say which colors you want before the deadline.

This is from Magicband thread. But like PP said, if you are an international guest, they will not ship to you and will be waiting for you when you arrive.

In the event you will not be at home to receive them prior to your trip. You can customize them before they ship and use the exact address for the disney resort you are staying at. The addresses for your resort can be found on the disney website. look up the resort and select the information tab (the website will bring you to room rates). The address is found on that screen. You must also add "GUEST: {NAME ON RESERVATION}" to the address. There is no package fee for bands shipping to the resort and you pick them up at the front desk when you arrive.

Just make sure you mention to them when you check-in that you have a MagicBand waiting. My experience at the All-Stars is that if you don't tell them you should have one waiting, you won't get it. I lost one because I didn't ask. Not sure what happened to it, but they didn't have it a few days later when I stopped by and asked, and it disappeared from MDE. I assume it got returned. Not a big deal as it was just a plain gray with just my first name as I missed the customization window and I already had 3 MBs.
