Magic Band Split Stay Question

Hello! I am doing a DVC split stay-- (BCV and VGF). I received our first set of magic bands because I ordered my daughter a custom one. Does anyone know if they will send a second set for the second resort stay? If so, would the first or second set be the active set? Thanks!

Yes they will send a second set unless you check off to decline them. I would pick other colors because they can be used interchangeably throughout your whole trip and on future trips. They are not linked specifically to your hotel reservation they’re linked to your MDE which would be linked to any hotel reservations in your names and any tickets you get for yourselves now and in the future.

Thanks, that's what I thought! I will take the second set and just make sure to set the ones we want to use.

All magic bands will work. You do not have to do anything special to change which ones active. You can deactivate but once they have been attached to you, they will work for several years.
