Magic Band Shipping Question

My family leaves December 1st. My hope was to have the bands show up with the Elf on the Shelf the day after Thanksgiving. That is literally only 8 days prior to us leaving. However, the Disney website is showing we can customize until November 25th which is only 5 days before we fly out. Isn't that cutting it awfully close? And based on this timeline we won't have the bands until just a day or two before we leave. I have kept this secret for so long I can't possibly wait any longer to tell my daughter. Besides having the long weekend after Thanksgiving to go shopping for things will be super exciting. How can I get these bands a little bit earlier. I customized my bands like a year ago. All I need is for them to ship just a tiny bit sooner. I never thought the would ship less than a week prior to our travel dates. When we went several years ago we got them much earlier. Someone please help!

Same here, my customization time is up in a few days and I’m going 12/5. That doesnt sound right, unless you’re from outside the US in which case you’d get your customized bands deliverd to the resort.

I’d call. Usually the “personalize by” date is around a month before your arrival date. Mine arrive about 20 days before arrival.

When we went several years ago we got them much earlier.

Any chance you still have your bands from your last trip? If you do, you could use those just as part of your reveal and replace them with the new ones when they arrive.
